Lab 5
Practice Midterm
Due within an hour after lab/class time
Overview
For this lab, you will practice taking a midterm from a previous offering of CSC 241.
Complete the midterm doing as much as you can individually without the aid of notes, the internet or any collaborator (which won't be allowed for the actual midterm). Then, as needed, get help from the TA or others.
Note that first part is completed without a computer. When this is completed, the problems can be completed on the computer.
The practice midterm should be completed in-person. If that's not possible, here is the zipped folder of the practice midterm and answer sheet.
Deliverable
Create a text file called lab5.txt that presents a summary of your experience taking the midterm. It should include the following:
- Your experience taking it
- How well you did
- Where you need more practice
- Any help or collaboration
You do not need to submit your answers --- keep them for your study.
Submit your lab5.txt file to D2L.
Grading
A complete summary will receive 2.5 points.
Late submissions or those completed outside of class will receive a maximum of 2 points. Zipped folder of the practice midterm and answer sheet.
