Am I in the Right Course?

IT 211 is probably right for you if some combination of the following are true:

• You have successfully completed IT 130 but have not taken any other progamming courses
• You have some experience coding with html/css/javascript but feel like you are still a novice programmer.
• You have not taken any Python programming courses.

IT 211 is probably not right for you if some combination of the following are true:

• You have already taken more than two coding or programming courses.
• You can already write simple scripts in Python.
• You feel comfortable working with loops and arrays.

IT 211 is definitely not right for you if any of the following are true:

• You have successfully completed CSC 241 or a more advanced class.
• You have defined your own classes using Python.
• You have completed a data structures course in any programming language.
