Final Team Project
Interaction Design
Due Saturday June 15 before 11:30pm

Overview

For this final project, you will choose one conceptual design from the preliminary project. Each individual will produce an interaction design with wireframes. Team members will then review all individual designs and discuss their relative benefits in terms of principles and theories from the class.

For finals week, your team will also present a summary of your interaction design, either with an in-class presentation or an online presentation.

Report Contents

Your submitted report should contain the following sections:

  • Executive summary. Develop a one to two paragraph statement that summarizes the finalized interaction design. As appropriate, your executive summary may also inlude any interesting highlights on the process for achieving the final design.
  • Context overview. Summarize the task and intended context of use. If short, persona and scenario information can be presented here. Detailed accounts can be placed in the appendix. Note: this may just be a copy from the preliminary project.
  • Finalized interaction design. Present the final interaction design. If the presentation takes more than a couple of pages, present a summary with details in the appendix. Present some motivation for selecting this design.
  • Appendix materials. Appendix may include team process details, detailed persona and scenario, full interaction design, and individual contributions.
